    ***CLOSE***   Compared to last week,  steers weighing 500 to 700 lbs
 sold 2.00-5.00 lower with few loads of 700-750 lbs steers selling firm to
 2.00 higher.   A light test of heifers weighing 550 to 600 lbs sold
 mostly steady with instances 3.00 higher.  Quality average to attractive.
 Demand good, best on few loads and part loads of 7 weight steers and 650
 to 700 lbs heifers.  Feeder cattle supply included 75 percent Steers, 23
 percent Heifers, and  2 percent Bulls. Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs
 was 66 percent.



    Feeder Steers(Per CWT):  Medium and Large 1 363 lbs 194.00; 400-500
 lbs 175.00-187.00; 500-600 lbs 162.00-178.00, 559 lbs Fleshy 158.50; 600-
 700 lbs 155.00-169.25; 700-800 lbs 158.00-167.75; 800-900 lbs 146.50-
 150.50. Medium and Large 1-2 400-500 lbs 150.25-171.00; 500-600 lbs 151.50
 -163.50; 600-700 lbs 150.00-155.00; 700-800 lbs 147.00-150.00; 800-900 lbs
 138.00-142.00.

    Feeder Heifers(Per CWT):  Medium and Large 1 500-600 lbs 147.25-
 151.75, Thin Fleshed 160.00-162.00; 600-700 lbs 150.25-156.50; 784 lbs
 143.50. Medium and Large 1-2 413 lbs 154.00; 500-600 lbs 142.00-150.00;
 630 lbs 146.00.

    Feeder Bulls(Per CWT):  Medium and Large 1 420 lbs 179.00; 635 lbs
 145.00. Medium and Large 1-2 500-600 lbs 150.00-152.00.
